Un amour inconditionnel de la mer et du poisson de père en fils
Elie père est un passionné de cuisine depuis son plus jeune âge. Après des études hôtelières,
il part aux quatre coins du monde à la découverte de grandes maison. De Jean-André Charial, à Pierre et Michel Troisgros en passant
par Albert et Michel Roux et Olivier Rœllinger, Elie père travaille avec les plus grands de la gastronomie française.
Riche de toutes ces expériences, il ouvre en 1998 le restaurant La Promenade dans le plus emblématique des édifices jullouvillais.
En parallèle du restaurant, il décide de reprendre en 2019 avec son fils la poissonnerie de Jullouville et y développe
une partie traiteur : des plats frais et raffinés, concoctés avec passion et savoir-faire, variant au fil des saisons
et au gré de ses envies.

Depuis petit, Elie fils voue un amour inconditionnel à la mer et aux poissons. Alors, quand l’opportunité de
reprendre la poissonnerie de Jullouville avec son père se présente, il n’hésite pas une seconde et devient, à seulement 20 ans,
gérant de poissonnerie.
Par la qualité des produits et des prestations, la
poissonnerie Elie’s Fish est aujourd’hui devenue une véritable institution sur la côte Manchoise.
